There are a variety of very doable things one can do to get happy. One of them is practicing gratitude which I talk about a lot on this show. I can tell you that it works because I have been practicing gratitude on a daily basis for years now, and it has really changed my life. Author and psychologist Shawn Achor suggests to write for 2 minutes about a positive moment that happened in the last 24 hours.
