Shawn Achor, psychologist and the author of the book titled The Happiness Advantage, talks about the science behind happiness. He’s done a ton of research and experiments on how to get happy. He says that we need to be happy first, and then we will find success. Shawn Achor suggests is to do at least 15 minutes of cardio a day, but it has to be something that you actually enjoy. He calls this the Fun 15!
